Rakhi has served various companies like Cipla, Mondelez (earlier known as Cadbury), Future Lifestyle Fashion Limited, NCR, Datamatics, Tesco, Trent Hypermarket, Endurance to name a few, in the field of Policy / Guidelines Design, Standard Operating Procedures Design- Review and Implementation, Process Diagnostics Reviews and Re-engineering, Internal Audit, Fraud Audit ERP Audit and Implementation, Internal Financial Controls design and assessment, Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Statement Reviews, Compliance Management, Balance Sheet Review and Reconciliation, Board Compliance, etc. Her wide industry experience helps her to put forward a practical and implementable solution.

Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of post-qualification experience. Mehul has worked extensively in the Media and Entertainment Industry with companies like United Television (UTV), The Walt Disney Group (Disney) and Japan-based Sony.
His acumen for financial planning and analysis has helped him gain expertise in advising on the preparation and analysis of business plans, strategic reviews, and even business models. He has worked across all functions of organizations, which helps him understand the client’s needs and deliver the best.
Mehul mentors the CFO and SME Consulting vertical by providing strategic directions to SME’s in setting up their business operations right from the scratch. Assistance is also provided in preparing scenario based business plans, monitoring budgets v/s actuals, managing liquidity through robust working capital and cash flow management. Support is provided to SME’s for optimum tax structuring, direct and Indirect tax compliance etc.
His deep Industry experience of having worked in the capacity of business finance controllers & reporting to the MD/ CEO / Business Head, enables him to understand and deliver exactly and even more than what is expected.
